HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
The Media & Digital Manager is responsible for building and implementing regional media campaigns in MEIAT. This role involves close collaboration with internal departments, HQ, and external partners to optimize offline and online campaigns. You will also lead the growth of the brands digital presence, manage the local social media account, and create engaging content aligned with local objectives and global guidelines. You will manage Partners Digital VM on all aspects of the website, online presence, and brand e-commerce internal and external platforms regionally. You will work closely with internal departments to lead the way for e-commerce in the region.
Main Responsibilities
- Media:
- Build & Implement a Media Strategy to build Brand Awareness in the region with media agency as per global guidelines and local objectives.
- Manage the media plans for each market.
- Execute media campaigns in the region (offline and online).
- Supervise search and programmatic campaigns run in the region by HQ.
- Report & analyze campaign performance to grow traffic per market.
- Plan and monitor budgets for each market and partner.
- Monitor competitor activities.
- Social Media:
- Adapt Social media strategy for the region.
- Manage Social media agency: posting, community management, content.
- Create social media content: Posts, Reels, IG Stories to drive engagement.
- Develop Social media calendars for partners in the region.
- Ensure the account is managed as per global guidelines.
- Report & analyze performance to maximize engagement and increase desirability.
- Content Creation:
- Create content in line with global guidelines for Social Media.
- Pitch briefs to agencies for local content creation.
- Execute content creation with agencies as per local objectives and global guidelines.
- Ensure execution of content on all touchpoints for 360 projects (i.e., Ramadan, Holiday Season, Diwali ).
- Manage local campaign creation.
- Brand s Online VM & Presence:
- Manage the Maison s Arabic website and Retailer s online presence.
- Drive traffic to digital touchpoints to maximize ROI.
- Lead the road to e-commerce for the Maison.
- Education: Bachelors degree in communications/media or a similar field.
- Experience: 5 years of work experience in media or digital roles.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate with different departments.
- Ability to multitask and lead 360 projects.
- Curious and willing to learn.
- Good negotiation skills.
- Resourceful and entrepreneurial.
- Knowledge of the region and understanding of the media advertising landscape.
- Knowledgeable of the luxury industry and landscape.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
