Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and manage real estate lead generation campaigns across Meta platform.
Identify and target the right audience segments (investors, buyers, tenants) to generate qualified real estate leads.
Continuously optimize campaigns to achieve the lowest possible Cost per Lead (CPL) while maintaining lead quality.
Monitor campaign performance on a daily basis, analyze key metrics (CPL, CTR, Conversion Rate), and apply data-driven adjustments.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure leads meet business requirements and contribute to closing deals.
Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights for improvement. Requireme.
Desired Candidate Profile
1–3 years of proven experience as a Media Buyer, with a strong background in real estate lead generation campaigns.
