Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn to drive lead generation and brand awareness.

Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page/off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website traffic.

Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Collaborate with content creators and designers to develop compelling ad creatives and SEO-friendly website content.

Manage advertising budgets, bid strategies, and campaign pacing to maximize ROI and achieve marketing objectives.

Implement tracking pixels, conversion tags, and analytics tools to ensure accurate measurement of campaign effectiveness.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging digital marketing technologies.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align media buying and SEO strategies with broader marketing and business goals.

Identify new growth opportunities through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and innovative campaign tactics.

Ensure all campaigns comply with relevant advertising policies, data privacy regulations, and brand guidelines.

Desired Candidate Profile

3-5 years of proven experience in media buying and SEO within a digital marketing or agency environment.

Demonstrated expertise in managing paid media campaigns across multiple digital platforms.

Strong understanding of SEO best practices, including technical, on-page, and off-page optimization.

Proficiency with analytics and advertising tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and SEMrush or Ahrefs.

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

Experience working in a remote environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Ability to manage budgets, forecast performance, and optimize for ROI.

Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends, search engine algorithms, and advertising policies.

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
