Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee and enhance clinical operations by implementing evidence-based practices that optimize patient outcomes and safety.
  • Lead the development of clinical protocols and guidelines, ensuring alignment with the latest medical standards and regulations.
  • Act as a liaison between medical staff and administration, fostering collaboration and addressing any operational challenges.
  • Monitor and evaluate clinical performance metrics, driving initiatives for continuous improvement in quality of care.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Medical degree (MD or DO) with board certification in a relevant specialty is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 8-10 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting, with progressive leadership roles preferred.
  • Proven track record of successful management in clinical practice, demonstrating strong decision-making skills.
  • Strong familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards, ensuring adherence to all legal requirements.
