Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Complying with all legislation applicable to practicing medicine.

  • Conducting physical examinations, tests or procedures to diagnose patients.

  • Maintaining accurate medical records for all patients

  • Making recommendations for lifestyle changes to improve the patients’ quality of life.

  • Prescribing medication, treatment or therapy to patients appropriately.

  • Different hour shift work can be a requirement of the job.

  • Maintains work operations by following policies and procedures.

  • Protects organization’s value by keeping patient information confidential.

  • Serves and protects the Company by adhering to professional standards, policies and procedures; federal, state, and local requirements; and standards.

  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, participating in professional organizations, and maintaining licensing.

  • Counselling skills and the ability to listen actively to patients in a non-judgmental manner

  • Patience and a calm demeanor in stressful situations

  • Familiarity with computers and commonly used software packages

Desired Candidate Profile

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated General Practitioner (GP) to join as an extension to grow our existing medical team. DOH license is a must.
