The ideal candidate will ensure accurate sample processing, perform high-quality testing, and uphold DHA-approved laboratory standards. ⸻ Key Responsibilities • Collect, prepare, and process patient samples with precision. • Perform routine clinical tests in hematology, biochemistry, microbiology, and urinalysis. • Operate, maintain, and calibrate laboratory instruments and analyzers. • Record and verify test results in both manual and electronic systems. • Ensure compliance with infection control, safety protocols, and DHA regulations. • Assist the pathologist and senior laboratory staff in diagnostic workflows. • Manage daily documentation, sample labeling, and proper storage procedures. • Monitor reagent/consumable stock and report requirements in a timely manner. • Maintain laboratory cleanliness, organization, and operational readiness at all times. ⸻ Requirements • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology. • Valid DHA license or DHA eligibility. • Experience in a clinical or day surgery setup is an advantage. • Strong knowledge of lab procedures, QC/QA, and clinical standards. • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. • Effective communication and teamwork capabilities.
