Organizing and scheduling appointments using Blueprint software
Handling queries and requests for information efficiently
Monitoring and maintaining clinic supplies
Cleaning/sterilizing equipment
Job Requirements :
MOA experience necessary
Good communication skills, both written and oral
Basic accounting skills
Adaptable, able to work in a fast-paced environment
Efficiently deal with customer inquiries
MS Office proficiency
Fluency in English language
Organization skills
Analytical Skills
Communication Skills
