Roles & Responsibilities
Position Overview
The PICU Medical Practitioner will support the Pediatric Critical Care team in managing critically ill neonates, infants, and children in a high-acuity ICU setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage ventilated pediatric patients
- Assist with central lines, intubations, and emergency interventions
- Participate in resuscitation and rapid response teams
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation
- Collaborate closely with pediatric subspecialists
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements
- Medical Degree with pediatric or ICU background
- DOH License or eligibility
- Experience in PICU or critical care preferred
