Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Support sales team in achieving targets and identifying new customers
Handle customer enquiries and provide accurate product information
Answer product-related questions and recommend suitable solutions
Assist in marketing activities and promotional campaigns
Follow up on leads and convert enquiries into sales
Maintain customer records and prepare sales documentation
Desired Candidate Profile
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Medical background preferred
Responsible, organized, and self-motivated
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to multitask under pressure
Professional and persuasive when liaising with staff at all levels
Builds and maintains positive client and colleague relationships
Ensures accurate records and confidentiality of sensitive information
