Roles & Responsibilities

• We are seeking a motivated and confident Medical Sales Representative to join our expanding team in Oman. The ideal candidate will represent our company’s healthcare and medical products across pharmacies, clinics, and hospitals, ensuring strong brand visibility and consistent sales growth.

Develop a thorough understanding of the company’s medical product portfolio, including features, pricing, and competitive advantages. • Visit pharmacies, clinics, and hospitals regularly to introduce and promote products, and present company information professionally. • Build and maintain effective relationships with pharmacists, doctors, and procurement teams to generate repeat sales and trust. • Clearly explain product benefits, pricing, and offers to customers while effectively addressing queries or objections. • Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth. • Demonstrate professionalism, cultural awareness, and strong communication skills while engaging with healthcare professionals. • Prepare and share structured daily or weekly reports on visits, sales performance, and market feedback with management. • Work independently with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and self-motivation to drive results. • Provide market intelligence on competitor products, customer preferences, and emerging trends. • Coordinate with the internal team for timely product delivery and after-sales support.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Education: B.Pharm (Bachelor’s in Pharmacy) – mandatory. • Languages: Fluent in English (mandatory); knowledge of Arabic will be an added advantage. • Prior experience in medical or pharmaceutical sales preferred. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Strong presentation skills with a smart, professional, and confident appearance. • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets with a sense of ownership and accountability. • Valid Oman driving license and willingness to travel extensively across the Sultanate. • Proficiency in using MS Office and basic reporting tools.
