Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

 

Responsibilities

  • Risk Assessment and pricing of Medical Conditions for various products.

  • Develop Medical Underwriting Guidelines for medical conditions for assessment risk based on severity of the medical condition.

  • Engage in development of automated solutions/portals for medical risk assessment.

  • Lead the Individual and SME teams on day-to-day operations, for both new and renewal business, maintaining TATs and Quality.

  • Individual / SME Portfolio Monitoring, Management and Retention.

  • Conduct trainings and awareness sessions with Branches and Brokers.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

  • Educational Attainment / Certifications – Medical, preferably MBBS/MD

  • Years of experience- Minimum 2-3 year in Medical Underwriting
