Providing day to day Membership administrative support.
• Handling correspondents (phone calls,emails and faxes)
• Coordinating the shipments with the courier.
• Meeting & greeting customers .
• Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, filing and distributing pouches.
• Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences.
• Maintain and distribute staff weekly schedules.
• Follow up with concerned department on projects and inquiries.
