As a Membership Sales Agent, you will be the ambassador of these offerings, creating lasting relationships with members and driving the growth of our exclusive club community.
What will I be doing?
As Membership Sales Agent, you will:
- Actively promote and sell membership packages for the hotel s Recreation & Leisure facilities, including fitness, spa, and wellness services.
- Handle membership inquiries, provide tours of facilities, and explain benefits to potential members.
- Achieve sales targets by building strong relationships with new and existing members.
- Support retention efforts by ensuring personalized follow-up and consistent engagement with members.
- Maintain accurate membership records, contracts, and payment documentation.
- Assist with the planning and execution of member events, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with Recreation, Spa, and F&B teams to cross-sell services and enhance member experiences.
- Respond to member requests and feedback with professionalism and efficiency.
- Stay up to date with market trends and competitor offerings to support sales strategies.
- Perform additional tasks as required to support the smooth operation of the Recreation & Leisure department.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in sales, ideally within hospitality, recreation, or wellness environments.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- A proactive sales-driven mindset with the ability to achieve and exceed targets.
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
- A polished, professional appearance and a passion for delivering luxury service.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
