Job Title: Membership Specialist

Location: Sharjah
Job Type: Full-time

Job Summary
Dynamic and customer-focused Membership Specialist required to drive sales, support retention, and provide excellent service to members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as first contact for prospective members, conduct tours, and explain benefits.
  • Generate sales through outreach, referrals, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain accurate membership records in CRM/software.
  • Manage renewals, upgrades, freezes, and cancellations.
  • Build strong member relationships to support retention.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations on promotions.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales and retention goals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service across channels.
  • Maintain knowledge of all services and promotions.

Qualifications & Skills

  • High school diploma (degree in Business/Marketing/Hospitality preferred).
  • Experience in sales or customer service (fitness industry preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
