Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Reviews the basic design drawing issued by Project Consultant
- Studies the Arch. / Structure Drawing of the project
- Updates the drawings as per the correction marked by Engineer
- Produces high quality HVAC / Electrical / Plumbing drawings using 2D CAD Software.
- Creates MEP Plans, sections, elevations and details accurately
- Coordinates MEP services with other services. i.e. structure, architecture, etc
- Measures the quantities of the related required items when required
- Prepares As-built drawings
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum educational, professional and vocation qualification required Diploma Holder and CAD Course.
Minimum years of relevant work experience 3 – 6 years
Level and type of behavioral and functional competencies required. - Language – English - Computer Skills – Autocad, REVIT, Microsoft Office
