Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate MEP models with Architecture & Structure

  • Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues

  • Maintain BIM standards, templates,and workflows

  • Support site teams with coordinated, clash-free models

  • Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 8+ years of experience in MEP BIM / Coordination

  • Strong hands-on expertise in Revit MEP, Navisworks, BIM 360 / ACC

  • Experience in LOD 350–500 modeling & coordination

  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing & Firefighting systems

  • Proven experience in clash detection & multidisciplinary coordination

  • Experience with shop drawings, BOQs & as-built documentation

  • Familiar with standards: ASHRAE, NFPA, SMACNA

  • Experience in Scan-to-BIM / point cloud is a plus
