Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Facilitate collaboration among mechanical, electrical, and plumbing disciplines to ensure all systems are integrated seamlessly into the overall project.
  • Review and interpret MEP design drawings and specifications, identifying discrepancies and proactively addressing issues before they arise on-site.
  • Coordinate with project managers to establish timelines and milestones for MEP installations, ensuring adherence to project schedules.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor MEP progress, ensuring compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and industry best practices.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering or a related field is required.

  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in MEP coordination within construction or engineering projects. ( villas projects )

  • Professional certifications such as LEED AP, PMP, or equivalent are highly preferred.

  • Experience in large-scale commercial or institutional projects enhances candidacy.
