Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Coordinate MEP activities with civil, architectural, and structural teams.
Review MEP drawings, shop drawings, and technical submissions.
Monitor site execution and ensure work is completed as per specifications and project schedule.
Resolve technical and coordination issues on-site.
Supervise subcontractors, vendors, and installation teams.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and Dubai authority regulations.
Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning activities.
Attend project meetings and submit progress updates.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
4–8 years of UAE experience in residential building and villa projects.
Strong knowledge of MEP systems and site coordination.
Experience in high-rise residential or luxury villa projects preferred.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
