Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Coordinate and oversee MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems design and installation to ensure compliance with project specifications and relevant codes.
Facilitate communication among architects, contractors, and engineers to resolve technical issues promptly and effectively.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and adherence to design specifications, ensuring the timely identification of discrepancies.
Manage MEP project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and change orders, to maintain accurate project records.
Plans, schedules and coordinates detailed mechanical engineering work for the entire project.
Reviews mechanical submittals and works to ensure compliance with plans and specifications
Reviews consultant’s designs and submittal packages
Works on a team with other engineers, drafting technicians and contracts
Coordinate and solve problems of MEP .
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, with a strong foundation in MEP systems.
Minimum of 8years of experience in MEP coordination on large-scale construction projects.
Experience working in the commercial or residential construction industry, with a focus on MEP systems.
