Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop detailed MEP design plans that comply with local codes and standards, ensuring all systems are integrated seamlessly into the overall project architecture.
- Conduct load calculations for HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency.
- Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive project execution and address design conflicts proactively.
- Utilize advanced design software, such as AutoCAD and Revit, to create 3D models and detailed construction documents for MEP systems.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, with a focus on MEP systems design.
Professional Engineering (PE) license or equivalent certification, demonstrating a commitment to industry standards and best practices.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in MEP design , showcasing a robust portfolio of completed projects.
Proficient in design software, including AutoCAD, Revit, and energy modeling tools, with a strong understanding of building information modeling (BIM).
