Prepare shop drawings for HVAC works by (Revit Model & CAD) and submit it for endorsement before execution.

• Review IFC drawings, documents and specifications, propose better engineering alternatives and connection details.

• Develop and standardize shop fabrication drawing in addition to detailing drawings.

• Ensure shop drawings compliance with designs and to be properly coordinated with other disciplines by Rivet Model.

• Analyze all the given data and documents of the project.

• Redevelop shop drawings according to the changes brought by the technical supervision.

• Prepare the final drawings to be submitted in accordance with the quantity surveyor.

Roles & responsibilities

Plumbing

• Prepare detailed technical drawings for plumbing and HVAC systems based on sketches, site measurements, and project specifications.

• Convert conceptual sketches and engineer instructions into accurate AutoCAD drafts.

• Update and maintain existing plumbing and HVAC drawings to reflect actual site installations.

• Coordinate with site teams and engineers to verify dimensions, installation details, and system layouts.

• Ensure all drawings comply with project standards, local codes, and engineering requirements.

• Support project documentation by providing organized and up-to-date technical drawings.

• Assist engineers with annotations, material specifications, and design clarifications.

• Maintain a structured library of drawings, revisions, and project-related documents.
