Roles & Responsibilities

Desired Candidate Profile

• Good Experience in Facility Management with MEP is Mandatory
• Maintenance Management: Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of both preventive and corrective maintenance for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Technical Support: Provide expert technical advice, guidance, and support for all MEP systems within a facility.
• System Optimization & Audits: Conduct energy audits and technical assessments to identify opportunities for improvement, reduce energy consumption, and enhance system functionality.
• Contractor & Vendor Management: Coordinate and supervise in-house staff, external contractors, and specialist service providers for maintenance and repair work.
• Emergency Response: Respond promptly to maintenance issues and emergency calls to ensure rapid resolution of problems.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure that all MEP systems and maintenance activities comply with relevant safety, health, and regulatory standards.
• Budget & Reporting: Assist in budget preparation and management for facilities and provide timely reports on project progress and performance.
• Asset Management: Oversee site stores, manage materials, and maintain records of MEP assets for efficient maintenance.
• Team Leadership: Provide supervision and work direction to a team of MEP technicians and supervisors on-site.

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Technical Expertise : Strong knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems and their maintenance.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to perform engineering analysis, identify root causes of failures, and develop creative solutions.
• Project Management: Skills in planning, scheduling, coordinating, and overseeing maintenance activities and projects.
• Communication: Effective communication with cross-functional teams, contractors, vendors, and management.
• Reporting: Ability to prepare and provide management reports and technical assessments.
• Safety Awareness: Understanding of risk assessments and the ability to develop method statements to ensure safe operations.
