Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Oversee the installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of MEP systems (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) in Contracting Company.

  2. Manage day-to-day facility management operations and ensure all systems are functioning efficiently.

  3. Supervise contractors and subcontractors for MEP-related works.

  4. Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.

  5. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, local authority requirements, and company standards.

  6. Prepare and review technical reports, method statements, and work schedules.

  7. Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams for project execution.

  8. Troubleshoot and resolve MEP-related issues in a timely manner.

  9. Monitor energy usage and recommend cost-effective solutions.

  10. Maintain proper documentation of all MEP activities and reports.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in contracting or facility management within the UAE. Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems. Familiarity with UAE regulations and standards. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure. Proficiency in MS Office and basic engineering software (AutoCAD preferred)
