Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead HVAC/mechanical scope end-to-end: design, coordination, site execution, commissioning, and handover
  • Develop HVAC design deliverables: load calculations, duct/piping sizing, layouts, schedules, and specifications
  • Review IFC/client drawings and site conditions; raise RFIs and drive technical resolutions with consultants/clients
  • Prepare and review shop/coordination drawings and as-builts
  • Plan and manage on-site implementation: sequencing, daily supervision, quality control, and safety compliance
  • Coordinate HVAC controls and interfaces and ensure system performance requirements are met
  • Lead testing & commissioning activities and coordinate integrated commissioning when required
  • Manage handover documentation: O&M manuals, test reports, warranties, and close-out of snag/punch lists
  • Support commercial matters for mechanical scope: variations, re-measurements, and technical clarifications

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in MEP engineering within UAE.
  • Solid knowledge of MEP design principles, coordination, and site execution practices.
  • Proficiency in related software toolset.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders.
  • Local authority approvals experience / consultant-side is a plus.
