Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Review and analyze MEP drawings, specifications, BOQs, and project requirements. Coordinate and supervise all on-site Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing activities ensuring compliance with designs and specifications. Liaise with consultants, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers for smooth execution of MEP works. Prepare technical submissions and approvals (DEWA, SEWA, Civil Defense, DM). Conduct site inspections, resolve technical issues, and maintain quality standards. Manage and coordinate MEP subcontractors ensuring timely delivery of work. Support procurement team with MEP-related materials and equipment selection. Oversee testing, commissioning, and successful handover of MEP systems. Maintain comprehensive documentation including as-built drawings, test reports, and O&M manuals.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Mechanical Engineers, Electrical Engineers, or Plumbing Engineers with 5+ years of experience in the interior fit-out industry, ideally in the UAE or GCC. Professionals familiar with HVAC, fire protection, ELV, and local authority approval procedures (DEWA, SEWA, DM, DCD). Candidates proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and MEP design/coordination software. Those with excellent project coordination, communication, and leadership skills.
