MEP Engineer - Swimming Pool Desert group investment LLC

Direct supervision and allocation of work activities for MEP resources

Review, evaluate and approve technical submissions, design concepts, engineering drawings, and installations for MEP activities necessary to meet design requirements, applying knowledge of engineering principles.

Preparation and submission of Method statements, ITPs, Risk Assessment, QA/QC plans, etc. as required

Monitors all work activities and ensures they are in conformance with contract requirements, drawings, specifications and method statements

Ensures all necessary submission / approvals and supporting activities needed for smooth and timely execution of construction works are in place

Plans and monitors the progress and report to the customer and to the Project Manager and responsible for implementing corrective actions to arrest slippage

Interacts with quality, HSE, Independent testing laboratory and subcontractors for ensuring that all contractual / company and local authority requirements for quality, Health Safety and Environment (HSE) requirements are being complied with

Ensures required inspection and tests are carried out, and completing records of successful completion of works and approvals for hold and witness points identified on the Inspection and test plan.

Approves material and equipment requisitions are in accordance to budget quantity, technical specification, quality and cost allowable

Prepare Load Distribution Schedules, Single Line Diagrams and perform engineering calculations

Coordinate with consultants, clients, authority representatives and all sub-contractors on site

Prepare the required documentations, follow up to obtain approvals from the concerned authorities like DEWA, RTA, DM, Etisalat & DU

Prepare details for the installation of landscape, water feature and swimming pool lightings
