Roles & Responsibilities


Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled MEP Estimation Engineer with experience in landscape construction industry to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare BOQs, price breakdowns, and material/resource estimates based on engineering drawings and specifications.

  • Develop scope sheets and manage inquiries, quotations, and price negotiations with suppliers.

  • Review tender documents for potential contract risks and work with the Estimation Lead to address them.

  • Provide technical guidance to Associate Estimators and Quantity Surveyors throughout the tender process.

  • Capable of handling Electrical / MEP Bills independently.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering.

  • Proficiency in Excel, MS Office, and knowledge in ERP systems.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in estimating Electrical and MEP of landscape construction works.
