Job Title: MEP Foreman (PL/FF/HVAC)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced MEP Foreman with strong expertise in Plumbing (PL), Fire Fighting (FF), and HVAC systems to join our construction team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of hands-on experience in the UAE within the MEP construction sector. This role requires solid technical knowledge, team leadership, and the ability to manage site activities efficiently and in compliance with project specifications and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate site activities related to Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and HVAC works.

• Interpret and execute work based on construction drawings, specifications, and method statements.

• Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and local authority requirements.

• Monitor daily progress and report to site engineer or project manager.

• Ensure manpower and material availability to meet work schedules.

• Inspect installations to ensure compliance with project requirements and safety regulations.

• Coordinate with subcontractors, technicians, and labor to ensure timely completion.

• Identify and resolve any on-site issues related to MEP systems.

• Maintain quality standards and ensure safety measures are followed on site.

• Support testing, commissioning, and inspection of MEP systems as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with high-rise buildings, villas, or infrastructure projects in the UAE.

• Familiarity with authority inspection procedures (e.g., Civil Defense, ADDC).

• Basic knowledge of tools and materials used in MEP systems.
