Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems within the overall construction schedule.
  • Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks of MEP installations, ensuring compliance with relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations.
  • Review and approve MEP shop drawings, submittals, and material selections, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, providing a strong technical foundation.
  • Holds relevant certifications, such as PMP, LEED AP, or equivalent, demonstrating professional competence and expertise.
  • Demonstrates at least 8 years of progressive experience in MEP management and construction, showcasing a proven track record.
  • Exhibits a deep understanding of MEP systems, including design, installation, commissioning, and maintenance.
