Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the installation of HVAC systems, ensuring adherence to design specifications and engineering drawings for optimal performance.
  • Manage and coordinate mechanical subcontractors, ensuring their work aligns with project timelines, quality standards, and safety regulations.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to identify and rectify any discrepancies in mechanical installations promptly.
  • Review and approve mechanical shop drawings, ensuring they are accurate, feasible, and compliant with project requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, providing a strong foundation in mechanical principles.

  • Minimum of 4-8 years of experience in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) construction, demonstrating practical expertise.

  • Experience in the construction industry, with a focus on commercial or high-rise building projects, showcasing industry-specific knowledge.

  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications, enabling accurate project execution.
