Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced MEP Planning Engineer to support planning and scheduling activities for ongoing MEP construction projects across the UAE.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Primavera P6, project monitoring, reporting, and coordination of engineering, procurement, and site execution activities.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6

  • Monitor project progress and update schedules regularly

  • Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and site teams

  • Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports

  • Track milestones, delays, and critical activities

  • Assist in recovery planning and mitigation strategies

  • Monitor manpower and productivity trends

  • Participate in project review meetings

  • Support compliance with contractual timelines and deliverables


Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications

  • Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

  • Minimum 3 years of MEP planning experience

  • Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project

  • UAE/GCC experience preferred

  • Good understanding of MEP construction activities

  • Strong analytical and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in large-scale building or infrastructure projects

  • Data center or mission-critical project exposure

  • EOT and delay analysis knowledge

  • BIM coordination experience
