Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed market analysis to identify potential suppliers and negotiate competitive pricing for MEP materials.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure reliability and quality of supply chain.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to understand project specifications and translate them into procurement needs.
- Prepare and issue procurement documentation, including RFQs, and evaluate supplier bids for compliance and value.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in MEP procurement within the construction or engineering industry.
Professional certifications such as Certified Procurement Professional (CPP) or equivalent are advantageous.
Strong understanding of MEP systems, materials, and project management principles.
