An MEP Project Engineer is responsible for the planning, design, and management of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in various construction projects. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with architects and construction teams to integrate MEP designs effectively.
• Develop and review mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering drawings and plans.
• Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure efficient installation of MEP systems.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor installation works, ensuring compliance with standards.
• Manage project budgets, cost estimates, and resource allocation for MEP components.
• Evaluate system functionalities and troubleshoot issues in project implementations.
• Ensure all designs and installations meet governmental safety regulations and codes.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members and subcontractors.

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a relevant field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP project management or engineering.
• Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant tools.
• Strong understanding of industry standards and safety regulations.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills to work with diverse teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and timelines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
