Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage the full lifecycle of MEP works across multiple high-value projects.
- Coordinate design reviews, technical submittals, and approvals with consultants and clients.
- Oversee MEP contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure compliance with specifications and project timelines.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and prepare regular status and financial reports.
- Lead coordination meetings between MEP, civil, architectural, and interior teams.
- Ensure adherence to local regulations, international standards, and health & safety policies.
- Support value engineering initiatives and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Mentor and develop junior engineers and project team members.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (Master s preferred).
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in MEP project management within the UAE or GCC.
- Proven experience in managing complex commercial, residential, or mixed-use developments.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- In-depth knowledge of MEP systems, building codes, and sustainable design practices.
- Proficiency in project management software (Primavera, MS Project, etc.).
- PMP certification is a plus.
