Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee all MEP aspects of construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with design specifications and budget constraints.
  • Manage and coordinate MEP subcontractors, conducting regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to schedules.
  • Review and approve MEP shop drawings, submittals, and RFIs, ensuring compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, tracking progress, identifying potential delays, and implementing corrective actions.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Holds professional certifications such as PMP, PE (Professional Engineer), or equivalent.
  • Demonstrates a minimum of 8 years of experience in MEP project management within the construction industry.
  • Has a strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
