Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for MEP systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
  • Conduct value engineering assessments to optimize project budgets while maintaining quality and performance levels.
  • Manage subcontractor agreements, monitoring compliance with contract terms and ensuring timely payment for work completed.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers and engineers to assess project scope and make informed decisions on resource allocation.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in MEP Quantity Surveying

  • Strong experience in:

    • High-rise residential/commercial buildings

    • Villas and luxury residential projects

  • Expertise in:

    • Quantity take-offs & BOQ preparation

    • Cost estimation and budgeting

    • Variations, claims, and subcontractor evaluation

    • Contract administration and project cost control

  • Good knowledge of UAE construction standards and MEP systems

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and QS-related software
