Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare and review detailed cost estimates for MEP projects.
- Analyze drawings and specifications to accurately estimate materials, equipment, and labor costs.
- Conduct cost analysis, cost control, and value engineering throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with the project team to ensure cost-effective solutions and timely completion of projects.
- Provide regular financial progress reports to management and clients.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and changes to ensure accurate cost estimations.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, specifically in MEP projects.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, materials, and construction methods.
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
