Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) cost estimates from design drawings and specifications, ensuring accuracy and competitive pricing.
  • Conduct thorough value engineering exercises to identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising project quality.
  • Manage and track all project costs, including variations, subcontractors, and materials, to maintain budget control.
  • Prepare and submit accurate and timely monthly payment applications and invoices to clients.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field is essential.

  • Possess relevant professional certifications like MRICS or equivalent is highly desirable.

  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in MEP quantity surveying within the construction industry, specifically.

  • Demonstrated experience working on large-scale MEP projects, such as commercial or industrial buildings.

  • North Indian candidate preferred
