MEP Store Keeper Trojan Construction Group – SP LLC

Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming MEP materials (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) against purchase orders and delivery notes.

• Ensure proper documentation for all materials received, issued, and stored. • Maintain accurate records in the store system (manual and/or ERP). • Organize and store materials systematically to ensure easy identification and access. • Monitor stock levels and report shortages or excess materials to the procurement/team lead. • Issue materials to site teams as per approved requests and maintain proper tracking. • Conduct regular stock checks and physical inventory audits. • Ensure proper handling and storage conditions to prevent damage, loss, or deterioration of materials.

• Coordinate with procurement and site engineers for material requirements and deliveries. • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of the store area. • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and procedures. • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly stock and material reports. • Handle returns, damaged materials, and discrepancies in coordination with suppliers.
