Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) activities on mall projects, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.

  • Supervise MEP contractors, subcontractors, and vendors, providing clear direction, resolving technical issues, and ensuring quality workmanship.

  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential problems, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.

  • Manage and track MEP project budgets, schedules, and resources, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

  • Prepare and submit progress reports, documenting project activities, issues, and resolutions to project management.

  • Attend project meetings and provide technical expertise, contributing to problem-solving and decision-making processes.

  • Ensure all MEP systems are tested, commissioned, and functioning correctly before handover to the client.

  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment, enforcing safety protocols and promoting a culture of safety among the team.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Demonstrates strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Holds a valid driving license and is willing to travel to project sites as required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively interacting with contractors, clients, and project teams.
