Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist in the supervision of all Imdaad and non-Imdaad staff engaged in MEP delivery
  • The responsibility for allocated work orders from commencement to completion.
  • Plan and control the issue of work orders to the MEP technicians for completion
  • Directing the activities of respective teams
  • Monitoring and reporting on overall progress of allocated work orders
  • The production of the Periodic Progress Reports as required by the MEP Supervisor
  • Adherence to all current company procedures and the IMS system
  • Adherence to the Quality Management System applied to the electrical department
  • Developing of relationships with all clients and potential new customers
  • Manpower planning.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education/Qualifications


  • 3 year Diploma is a must.
  • Professional Certification in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic Engineering/ Plumbing/Fitter Trade OR
  • ITI in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic Engineering is a must.

Skills/ Competencies/ Experience


  • 6 - 8 years relevant experience.
  • UAE Light Vehicle Driving Licence is a must.
  • People Management Skills, Delegation Skills and Problem Solving Skills.
  • Advanced communication skills in English (Oral and Written) and knowledge in other languages will be an advantage
