Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Supervise day-to-day operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, and ELV systems.
  • Ensure all holiday homes are fully operational before guest check-in.
  • Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize breakdowns.
  • Respond promptly to emergency MEP issues and guest complaints related to MEP services.
  • Supervise MEP technicians and external contractors.
  • Allocate tasks, monitor work quality, and ensure timely completion.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, front office, and operations teams to minimize guest disruption.
  • Prepare daily/weekly maintenance reports.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
  • 3–5 years of experience in MEP supervision, preferably in hospitality, hotels, serviced apartments, or holiday homes.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire systems.
  • Experience managing technicians and contractors.
