Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a versatile and skilled Multi-Technician (MEP) to join our Facilities Management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and repair of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems to ensure the highest standards of building functionality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

  • Electrical Maintenance: Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including lighting, power distribution boards, motors, and control panels.

  • HVAC & Mechanical: Perform routine servicing and repairs on AC units (Split, Window, FCU, AHU), chillers, and ventilation systems.

  • Plumbing Works: Handle installation and repair of water pumps, piping, sanitary fixtures, and drainage systems.

  • Preventive Maintenance (PPM): Execute scheduled maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failure and extend the lifespan of building assets.

  • Reactive Maintenance: Respond promptly to emergency breakdown calls and resolve issues efficiently.

  • Health & Safety: Adhere to all HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) policies and ensure a clean and safe working environment.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Education: ITI, Diploma, or Vocational training in Electrical, Mechanical, or HVAC.

  • Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Facilities Management (FM) or building maintenance.

  • Technical Skills: Strong diagnostic skills across multiple trades (Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC).

  • Communication: Basic proficiency in English (verbal and written) for reporting and coordination.

  • Availability: Willingness to work in shifts and handle on-call emergency duties.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of BMS (Building Management System) operation.

  • Experience in high-rise residential or commercial projects.
