Role Overview:
Our client is an Indian Luxury Skincare brand seeking an experienced and analytical Merchandiser Planner to drive merchandise planning, stock optimization, and sales performance across our retail and e-commerce channels. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in beauty brands and a keen eye for data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage merchandise financial plans to support sales and profitability targets.
• Monitor inventory levels and optimize stock allocation across all sales channels.
• Collaborate with buying, marketing, and store operations teams to align on product launches, promotions, and replenishments.
• Analyze historical sales trends and forecast future demand to ensure accurate stock planning.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and seasonal sales and inventory reports with actionable insights.
• Support seasonal buying and budgeting processes with data and trend analysis.

Requirements:

• 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in merchandise planning, preferably in the beauty or personal care sector.
• Strong analytical and Excel skills; experience with retail planning tools is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Age: Below 42 years
