• Bachelor's degree in Retail Management, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Previous experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar retail position is required.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and consumer behavior reports.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with external suppliers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
