Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular store visits to assess compliance with merchandising standards and provide actionable feedback for improvement.
  • Design and implement visually appealing merchandising displays that align with brand standards and attract customer attention.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to negotiate pricing and secure favorable terms that enhance product offerings.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize product placement and inventory levels, ensuring maximum profitability.
  • Develop promotional strategies and seasonal campaigns that boost product visibility and drive sales performance.
  • Utilize advanced inventory management systems to forecast demand and minimize stockouts or overstock situations.
  • Train and mentor store staff on effective merchandising techniques and product knowledge to enhance customer service.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market dynamics to adjust merchandising strategies proactively and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Prepare detailed reports on merchandising effectiveness and present findings to upper management for strategic planning.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and innovations, integrating new ideas into merchandising practices to enhance the customer experience.
