Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Ensure correct product placement, planogram compliance, and attractive shelf displays
  • Monitor stock levels, expiry dates, and product rotation (FIFO)
  • Replenish shelves and ensure continuous product availability
  • Coordinate with store managers and sales teams for promotions and visibility
  • Implement promotional activities, POS materials, and in-store branding
  • Track competitor activities, pricing, and promotions
  • Submit daily/weekly merchandising reports with photos and stock updates
  • Ensure cleanliness and proper presentation of shelves and displays
  • Support new product launches and seasonal promotions
  • Handle basic inventory checks and assist in resolving stock discrepancies

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Diploma preferred)
  • 1–3 years of experience as a Merchandiser (Retail / FMCG experience preferred)
  • Knowledge of merchandising standards and retail operations
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Physically fit to handle product movement and shelf stocking
  • Valid driving license of UAE
