Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Execute daily store visits to monitor product placement, ensuring adherence to planograms and promotional displays.
  • Manage and maintain optimal stock levels at each assigned retail location, minimizing stockouts and excess inventory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and staff to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
  • Implement promotional activities and point-of-sale materials, maximizing product visibility and driving sales.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field is a plus.
  • Holds a valid bike license with a clean driving record.
  • Demonstrates 1-2 years of merchandising experience, preferably within the FMCG or retail industry.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in using merchandising tools and applications.
