Roles & Responsibilities

Building and maintaining dashboards and regular reports to track merchant KPIs (e.g., sales trends, conversion, retention).
Conducting deep dives into merchant data to explain changes in performance or uncover root causes of issues.
Partnering with sales and merchant operations teams to translate data insights into practical actions.
Summarizing findings and presenting them clearly to both internal teams and frontline staff.
Supporting new business initiatives by evaluating merchant segments, pilots, or promotional activities.
Ensuring data quality and continuously improving analysis methods to better serve business needs.
