Roles & Responsibilities

Job Objective:

• To Identify opportunities for business growth and create marketing strategies based on

those opportunities to meet and exceed revenue targets in Merchant Retention and new

sales.

• seeking new business opportunities, building, and sustaining connections with existing

Merchants, entering strategic partnerships, and devising other plans to boost revenue,

profits, and market share

Job Responsibilities:

• Meet Sales Target Assigned

• Maintain the merchant portfolio assigned.

• Prevent Attrition thru active merchant relationship management.

• Target to be the acquirer of choice by increasing wallet share of shared

merchants/maintain exclusivity of merchants where possible.

• Growing business through the development of new leads and new contacts

• Ensure to have competitor knowledge and intelligence

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience: 5 Years minimum in Banking sector Merchant Acquiring Experience

Education: Diploma / bachelors degree

Must hold UAE Driving License
